Compliance Analyst (AML / KYC Focus)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a compliance analyst with expertise in regulated iGaming markets and player risk management. You will ensure client platforms adhere to KYC, AML, and responsible gambling standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review player onboarding procedures, KYC document flows, and AML scoring models
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to maintain compliance frameworks
• Conduct internal audits, prepare regulatory reports, and monitor suspicious activity
• Support clients during license application processes

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in compliance roles within online gaming, payments, or finance
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, risk scoring models, and player verification tools
• Familiarity with licensing requirements in regulated markets (e.g., MGA, Curaçao, UKGC)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data

Nice to Have:

• ACAMS or equivalent compliance certification
• Experience with fraud detection systems
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance
